1. 1291A GRASMERE Goodybridge House and attached barn to north east. NY 30 NW 7/70 II* 2. C17. White-washed roughcast over stone rubble, slate roof with end chimneys, 2 low storeys. Centre modern glazed and flush-panelled door with large semi- circular shell hood with gable on brackets. 2 3-light casement windows on ground floor and 3 2-light windows above irregularly spaced. Crude slate dripstones over ground floor. Low rear wing with a round chimney. Barn adjoins, said to contain medieval crucks. Interior of house said to contain late C17 staircase.
