The Royal Standard Public House

GV II

Public house. Early C19. Rendered front and return, rubble
back, slate hipped roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows, all original
16-pane sashes to stone sills, central C20 door on 1 step, in
an elliptical arch, and with plain tympanum. There are plinth,
mid plat band, box eaves, and large end stacks. The rear wall
has wide-spaced 16-pane sashes with brick jambs and heads.
