Detached house, linked to No.708 (qv). Early to mid C19.
Coursed rubble, part rough rendered, asbestos-cement slate
roof. A compact range set gable-end to the street, and with a
lower wing set back to the right.
2 storeys and attic; to the road is a 4-pane sash above a
4:20:4-pane flat oriel bow. At the ground floor, in exposed
rubble, is a 16-pane sash in brick jambs and concrete lintel.
The gable has a wavy barge-board. The set-back range has a
12-pane sash above a 2-light small-pane casement, to segmental
heads. In the re-entrant angle is a lean-to porch with glazed
door, with a small light to the left, in the main range. A
gable stack to each range.
