stone rubble with slate roof, single storey, boarded door up 3 steps,
a 12-paned sash window to left of door, and a 12-paned sash window in
a gabled dormer.
Old Mill studios, Nos 2 to 6 (consec) and Ghyll Side form a group with
Stock Cottage, North Road.
