Probably C17 timber framed house re-fronted and with a north extension of early-
mid C19. Now as two dwellings. Older part has diapered brick ground floor, first
floor tiled with fishscale bands, tiled roof. Two storeys, three windows, small
paned casements. Six-panel door with flat hood. Blocked, segment-headed cellar
window, brick plinth. Rebuilt south end wall and chimney.

North part of two storeys, one window. Red brick with quoins and hipped tiled roof.
Four-panel door with oblong fanlight under cambered arch.

Rear elevation shows lean-to to the south, two small gabled wings north of it, one
with a chimney.

Building probably L-shaped originally. Interior shows exposed beams and joists,
the beams with step-and tongue-stopped chamfers. Coupled rafter roof with high
