Coach house and loft, C18, red brick on rubble stone base with
half-hipped stone slate roof. Two storeys and attic. Ashlar
flush quoins. East end has lower garage doors, first floor
cambered-head loading door and attic small boarded window. North
side has one 12-pane window. West end, facing down Rooke's Lane,
has cambered-head blank panels infilled with black brick, two
panels each floor and attic leaded casement pair.
