Detached farmhouse. C17, modified. Cary stone, with ashlar north facade and cut and squared work elsewhere, Doulting
stone dressings; triple angle clay tile roof with plain coped gables; reconstructed stone chimney stacks. North
elevation 2 storeys, 4 bays. Plinth; ovolo moulded mullioned windows of 4-lights below and 3-lights above, all with
square labels except that to upper bay 2; lower bay 2 has plain doorway under square label with early C20f door.
Single-storey extensions to east gable; on south elevation a mixture of casement windows, including some of C18 pattern
with rectangular leaded lights. Interior not seen
