Row of early to mid C19 small houses. No 54 of 2 storeys the others 3, No 60 taller.
Red brick, eaves bands, low gable end slate roofs. One window to No 54 tile others
2 windows each, recessed sashes, some blind, glazing bars intact. No 54 has laid
C19 shop window of 4 thin mullioned lights with transom in pilaster frame and panelled
and glazed door, rectangular fanlight also pilaster framed - shaped brackets flanking
frieze to cornice over all. No 56 and 58 have paired doors to centre with 2 pane
fanlights in common pilaster doorcase with entablature. No 60 has original shop
front on ground floor with 4 x 6 pane windows in pilaster frame, panelled and glazed
door to left, 2 pane fanlight, pilasters flanking with entablature over all. Listed
for group value.
