Circa 1803-6. Architect, Samuel Wyatt. Red brick: 2 storeys; various openings and
doorways irregularly disposed and, to right of centre, a group of 5 segmental headed doorways; stringcourse. In the centre of the range is incorporated a former watermill, now lacking mill-wheel and some machinery but with some wooden cog-wheels, the horizontal and vertical shafts, and 2 sets of underdriven stones. Slate roof. Short single storey return wing to courtyard entrance, having blind arcaded treatment.
