Corner site with Falconer's Square. Early C19 3 storeys stucco faced, frieze
and moulded cornice. No 13 one modern window each floor to road,
bowed corner with glazing bar sash each floor and 3 storey canted bay to Falconer's
Square with glazing bars intact. No 14 has 2 2-storey canted bay windows and
2 single windows, one blind, to upper floors. Altered shop front on ground
floor. Group value.
The listed buildings in Falconer's Road and Nos 3 to 9 (consec) Falconer's
Square all form a group.
