Circa 1830 house, fronted in gault-brick, of 2 storeys and 3 bays with hipped, slate-clad roof and eaves. One gault chimney-stack. Range of 3 small-paned sashes on first-storey with concealed boxes, under straight rubbed arches. Square stucco porch central to ground-storey, with 2 panelled doors, glazed light above, and matching sash-windows each side.
