The house comprises a C17 timber-framed and plastered wing with an C18
red brick block at the south-east end. Both are 2 storeyed but the C17
is of lower eaves level. The wing has modern casement windows and a tiled
roof, hipped at the north-west end. The C18 block has 2 window range of
double-hung sashes with glazing bars and a modern gabled central porch.
The roof is tiled, mansard, hipped at the south-east end and half hipped
at the north-west end, with a central square chimney stack. (RCHM 31).
