Cottage, formerly 3. Probably C19. Local greensand large stone rubble; clay pantile roof with plain gables; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays irregular fenestration. 2 and 3 light small pane casement windows, but right uppermost is a small 4-pane sash between two casement lights : 6-panel door in C20 stone and tile porch between bays 2 and 3.
