1829, formerly part of Wellers Brewery. Flint with dressing of white rubble
flint, some brick. Brick wing on south-east (No 103 High Street q.v.). Slate
roofs. Large square kiln in south block, with pyramid slate roof crowned with
two conical louvres. Similar feature on central block, a wide building reaching
to the northern boundary, roof hipped at north end above elevation with 3 windows
in deep reveals, outer 2 casements centre blank. Projecting chimney stack on
left.
