Former coastal summerhouse of Earls of Berkeley, closed up at time
of survey (January 1985). C19. Small hexagonal building of
brick faced in roughcast with hipped Cotswold stone slate roof and
one small brick stack on south west side. Door on east side up 4
stone steps on brick base, tongue and groove plank door in plain
wood surround. Look-out windows on west and north west faces with
tongue and groove plank shutters with large hinges. West face
also has low basement door with steps down from ground level.
