Late C18/early C19. Corner building with 3 angled faces to the corner between
Quay Hill and Quay Street. Red brick with silver grey headers and wide eaves,
Roof not visible. 3 storeys. 1 window on each facade, all sashes with glazing
bars. Ground floor has a small C19 shop window in centre (not now used as such)
and 1 doors. The southern door has pilasters and modillion cornice above with 2
arched lights to top half of door. Northern door has a small bracketed hood and
6 panelled door of which top 2 panels are now glazed. Large blank painted panel
on this northern part of facade.

The listed buildings on Quay Hill with the pavement surface and bollards form a group
of Grade II* quality for their shop fronts.
