GV II

Mid C19. Detached house in vernacular revival style. Hammer dressed stone
(south west elevation rendered). Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gables.
Gables stacks. 2 storeys. South west elevation: Various single light openings
with modern casements. North east elevation: symmetrical. Ground floor;
central doorway with chamfered surrounds. Doorway has Tudor arched head.
Two 2-light stone mullioned windows. Continuous hood moulding over ground
floor openings. First floor; one 10-light stone mullioned window (2 pairs
being smaller lights) all with chamfered surrounds. Continuous hood moulding
over. Single storey extension to north west gable has pitched stone slate
roof and single light to either side of doorway with Tudor arched head. South
East gable: Pronounced central chimney stack and single light to either side
at first floor level.
