Timber-framed and plastered house with C18 external features. (Possibly
with an earlier frame). Two storeys. Four window range, double-hung sashes
with glazing bars. The ground storey has 2 rectangular shop window bays,
one of them has C18 or early C19 glazing bars, with small panes, the other
has C19 glazing. There are 3 doorways, 2 with pilasters and one with a
moulded architrave, all have cornices. Roof tiled, hipped at the north
and south ends, with a coved plaster eaves cornice and a central chimney
stack.
