Cottage dated 1852 two storeys red brick with yellow brick rusticated
dressings. Diamond cut string course. Gable end scallop tiled roof,
diamond cut eaves cornice. Two casement windows each floor. Centred
gable. The wooden porch is the most interesting feature originating
from Ryde, circa 1820. Enclosed with one light each side, modern door
in moulded surround, two panels with marginal strips, each side.
Elliptical arched projecting lunette over, with flattened shell
decoration, supported by thin Tuscan pilasters with reeded necking.
