One building, formerly three cottages (Nos 534, 535 and 536 Leconfield Estate).
Now only two. C16. The west end is timber-framed with stone infilling, part
of the first floor tile hung. But the main portion is of stone with red brick
dressings and quoins. Gable at east end with moulded bargeboards, pendant and
blocked lunette window in brick surround. Central stone and brick gabled porch
of full height of the building with four-centred archway, sun spandrels and
brick dripmoulds. Projecting crow-stepped chimney breast at the back with tiled
shoulder. Two storeys. Four windows.
