Formerly known as: No.14 WEST STREET.
House. Early-mid C18. Brick with moulded brick dressings,
brick gable stack and tiled roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys
and attic; 2-window range. Plinth and cogged brick eaves,
left-hand doorway has a canopy with scrolled brackets,
architrave and 6-panel door, the top pair glazed; gauged brick
segmental arches over to single ground-floor plate-glass sash
with margin bars, and first-floor 8/8-pane sashes in flush
frames; and a hipped dormer. Rebuilt N wall from demolished
adjacent house. INTERIOR not inspected.
