Late C16 or early C17, 2 storey and attic, 2 gabled dormers. Timber-framed,
roughcast, modern pantiles. 4 windows, original mullion transom casements,
wood drip mould over ground floor windows. Exposed shaped rafter, feet
at eaves. Interior: original staircase with shaped flat balusters, moulded
handrail, cut and shaped newels of primitive but characteristic workmanship,
and in general the Inn is free from modernisation. C17 bolection moulded
mantel.
