Oast house. Early C19. Circular kiln of red brick in Sussex bond with
dogtooth cornice and conical tiled roof retaining wooden cowl and fantail. Stowage has base of tooled ashlar with Flemish bond brickwork above and weatherboarded first floor. Slate roof North side has C20 casement in
original pegged surround to first floor and cambered casement with hinged
openings to ground floor with the initials WL above. Wooden steps to plank
door on first floor. Similar windows to south side. East end has C20
casement to first floor and C20 garage doors to ground floor. Unaltered
interior including hop press.
