Pigeoncote, now house. Mid C18. Brick with plain tile, pantile and asbestos cement tile roof. Alighting shelves, cogged eaves and eaves band, crowstepped gables, single central ridge stack. Three storeys plus garrets, two bays, continuous rear outshut. To left, single storey, single bay porch, C19, brick with pantile roof. Main south front has to left, single Yorkshire sash and to right, plank door. To right again, single glazing bar sash flanked by single doors, that to left with segmental head. Above, to left, single glazing bar sash, and to right, small casement in large altered opening. Above again, to left, single glazing bar sash and central group of 6 shelves, flanked by single groups of five shelves. Above again, two full width shelves. West front has to left, Yorkshire sash with segmental head, and to right a blocked door. Above again, a similar sash and above again, blocked opening to garret. North side has a casement, a Yorkshire sash, and above, another Yorkshire sash.
