Early C19. Former Lodge to Milford Lodge. Yellow brick and pyramidal thatched
roof with central chimney. 1 storey, 3 windows, mostly early C19 casements with
glazing bars. Thatch carried down over eaves on 3 sides to form a verandah supported
on wooden posts.
