Circa 1840. Two storeys stucco. Slate gable end roof hidden by
parapet with coping stepped up in centre, moulded cornice. Moulded
string between storeys. Two mid C19 bay windows, set in slightly
recessed panel, of three lights each, sash later glazing bars, plain
strips, frieze and cornice, panelled aprons. Ground floor, recessed door
to West of four fielded panels, plate glass semicircular fanlight,
splayed reveals. Recessed double doors and large two light window
flanked by Tuscan pilasters supporting plain frieze and moulded cornice.
Narrow recessed window to East. Small rendered plinth.

Nos 1, 1A and 2 with No 2A Union Street form a group.
