Late C18 or Early C19. Two cottages forming part of the Old Brewery complex, Brewery Lane
(qv) Coursed atone with Welsh slate roof. Convex two-storey range, very irregular with
the ground storey disappearing upwards at left through the slope of the bank. Bash windows
with glazing bare. More of four and six beaded panels, No 2 having an oblong fanlight
above a reeded cornice head. The western part is of another build and blank but for two
basement openings. Rear elevation, facing into the Brewery yard, has more generous
fenestration.
The designation shall be mended to read: BREWERY BANK
