- mid C19. 3-storeys. One window bay. Slate roof. Painted brick. 1
square sash window. On second floor one sash window (flat headed) below
in reveals in segmental arch; painted voussoir. Shop front of 3 lights
and doorway to west flanked by pilasters of similar design to those flanking
shop windows in No 10 Bell Street; similar entablature over.
Forms a group with Nos 10 and 12 Bell Street.
