Early C19. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof (bitumen covered).
Ccped gables. Gable stack (internal) to NE. 2 storeys. South east elevation
has: Ground floor; one 6-light stone mullioned window; part blocked doorway
to left. First floor; one 8-light stone mullioned window. South west gable
has: single light to first floor; north east gable has: lean-to extension.
Interior: plaque with inscription 'Joseph & Salley Broadley 1816'.
