Timber-framed and plastered house of C16-C17 origin. It is dated 1586 on
the doorway. Two storeys. The upper storey is jettied on the whole front
on 4 brackets. Casement windows, the upper storey windows have leaded lights
and there is a small oriel bay window on the ground storey. Two doorways
(one is 6-panelled with architrave). Roof tiled. (RCHM 7).
