Shop and house. Early C19. Coursed and squared lias rubble, mostly rendered, shallow-pitched slate roofs, small brick
stacks. Two storeys, 3:2 bays, right bay set back slightly, 16-pane sash windows, exposed sash boxes. Good single-
storeyed projecting shop-front on left of frontage, arched lights with narrow dividing mullions, door opening on its
left return, half-glazed door. Further door opening to house to right, C20 glazed porch, 4-panelled inner door,
transomlight.
