House. C17, front wall rebuilt circa 1900, restored 1986. Timber framed
with brick infill panels largely replacing the original wattle and daub; plain
tile roof; brick ridge stack. 2-cell lobby entry plan house aligned north-
east/south-west facing north-west. One storey and attic; 2 gabled bays,
C20 casements. Framing at the front is of slight scantling with large panels
and straight braces. The side and rear walls have 3 tiers of square panels,
and straight braces. Exposed roof trusses each with 2 collars, queen struts
above the lower and V-struts above the upper. Interior. C17 straight
staircase with splat balusters. Large open fireplace. Chamfered and stopped
ceiling beams. Several C17 oak doors. Exposed wattles in 2 of the infill
panels.
