Early C19. Former warehouse. Red brick with grey headers on ground floor. Modern
weather-boarding above. Double pitched slate roof.
3 storeys. Ground floor has 2 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and
segmental heads, 1 modern segmental heads, 1 modern segmental bow window with
glazing bars, and 1 modern door on the north elevation. On the south elevation
there are 2 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and segmental heads, and
1 blocked panel on the ground floor. The 1st and 2nd floors have modern casements
throughout.
