With Corwel1 House and No 12.
C18 addition at right angles, northwards from east end. 2 storey and attic, brick, part painted, 1st floor band, pantile roof, toothed eaves band, casement dormer. One flush frame window at each floor, now with centre glazing bars only. Entrance and ground floor window with flat arches.

Corwell House, No 12 and Fleet House form a group.
