Mid-C18. Coursed and painted rubble, moulded stone coping to parapet,
quoins. Three storeys, 5 windows (3 to 2nd floor, former attics), glazing
bar sashes in exposed frames, flat brick heads to openings. Central doorway
with narrow flanking windows, portico with pedimented entablature on 2
columns, sides filled in. Panelled door under oblong fanlight. Modern
pantile roof, coped end gables, 3 ashlar stacks. Plain band at first floor
level.
Garden forecourt with dwarf street wall in rubble, ramped up to sides,
railings removed. Interior: converted.
