4 houses and stables,now garage, attached. Early C19. Crescent plan. Coursed
squared sandstone with ashlar dressings and quoins; Welsh slate roof on houses,
stone-flagged on stables. 2 storeys; houses 4 wide bays in all; 4-bay stables.
Houses have filleted boarded doors with overlights, no.3 patterned, at ends
and paired in centre, the central with Gothic-headed panels, and central blind
quatrefoils on door of no. 2. All doors in alternate-block jambs and with flat
lintels carved to resemble keyed segmental-arched voussoirs. Similar treatment
to wide segmental arch in no. 4, now blocked and containing window, and to all
window lintels. Projecting stone sills to 16-pane ground-floor and 12-pane
first-floor sashes, except for late-C19-type sashes to no. 4.

Stables have sliding boarded vehicle door flanked by fixed lights; 3 loft
openings, the central with fixed glazing bars and the outer boarded, and small
square boarded opening above the right; flat stone lintels. Lower left bay has
fixed light below loft opening. Stable included for group value.
