C18 range of timber-framed and plastered cottages with some weather-boarding,
now one tenement. Renovated. One storey and attics. Small casements with
lattice leaded lights. Roof thatched, with 3 dormers and 2 central chimney
stacks. The north-west end is half hipped and weather-boarded. On the front
there is a painted panel inscribed:- "Notice by order of the Magistrates.
All Persons found begging in this Parish will be taken up by the Vagrant Act
and Punished as the Law Directs".
