C17 timber-framed and plastered house built on an L shaped plan, with C18
alterations and a modern extension to the west wing. Two storeys. The windows
are mainly leaded casements (some double-hung sashes with glazing bars).
Three window range on the front, with a central doorway. Roof tiled, with
end external chimney stacks. The south gable has exposed studding. (RCHM
