House. Early C18. Sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. A symmetrical
composition of 2 storeys and 4 bays with plinth and storey band. Above
the 2 central bays is a cornice, and a gable treated as a pediment. The
doorway has a stone surround with keyed lintel and is flanked by pilaster
strips which rise between the 2 central bays to meet the cornice. Within
the gable scrolls support a circular stone sundial with keystone. The
doorway and the window to its right are covered by a single-storey C20
glazed porch. Chimneys, on left-hand gable and to right of 3rd bay, have
diagonal caps.
