C18. Stuccoed facade grooved to simulate masonry. Old tiled roof. Corner building.
East Street elevation has end gable (blank) and rear wing. 2 storeys. 2 windows,
sashes with boxed frames, ground floor with cambered head linings. Doorway with
pediment and small rectangular fanlight. 6 panelled door in moulded architrave.
Elevation to Church Path of 2 1/2 storeys with 3 gabled dormers. 3 windows, sashes
with boxed frames and glazing bars.
Nos 3 to 39 (odd) and Old Clarendon House form a group with Nos 2, 6 and 8, Nos
14 to 18 (even) Nos 22 to 26 (even) Rockstone House and Nos 5 to 11 (odd) The Old
Lodge and Old Lodge Cottage High Street, Titchfield (Nos 14 to 18 (even) and Nos
22 to 26 (even) are buildings of local interest).
