House. Mid C17. Finely dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2-cell
gable-entry house. Front has weathered plinth, continuous hoodmould to ground
floor over double chamfered windows of 6 lights, 5 lights and fire-window of
2 lights. Over are chamfered windows of 4, 2 and 2 lights. Coped gables with
kneelers and stacks. Right hand gable wall has single storey gabled porch with
kneelers and chamfered basket headed entry. 3-light double chamfered mullioned
window over. Attached to rear wall is single storey early C18 outshut under
cat-slide roof which has chamfered mullioned windows of 3 lights and 2 lights.
Interior: Former parlour retains triangular headed fireplace with simple
chamfer and hollow spandrels.
