Pair of cottages now forming one dwelling. Early C19. Watershot masonry, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys. 2 bays. Each bay has 3-light flat faced mullioned
window to each floor and doorway with sill tie (that to right hand solid). 2
stacks to ridge. Left hand return wall attached to No. 2 Top Street (q.v.).
