Outbuilding with cart shed, now garage. Circa 1840. Coursed sandstone rubble
with ashlar dressings; stone-flagged and felt-covered roofs. L-plan. One
storey, 2 bays and projecting right wing. Boarded doors in 2 bays under thin
stone lintels, second door with ventilation panel; double boarded vehicle doors
in cart shed. Low-pitched, stone-flagged roof at left; monopitch roof at right.
Right return has 2 small square fixed lights with flush lintels and sills.
