cornice. Blocking course. Rusticated quoins. 3 ranges of sashes each (one
tripartite), ground floor ones with moulded surrounds. No 98 has one tripartite
ground floor window, and both windows have moulded cornices. Doors with Tuscan
pilasters and entablature.
