Cottage and attached coach-house, probably C17, altered. Irregular
bond brown brickwork, probably replacing oak frame; brown tile roof.
Cottage of 2 storeys and 3 windows has small 6-pane wooden casements
of C19 vernacular type. Chimney in front of ridge has axial stack.
Interior of cottage not fully inspected, but chamfered oak beams and
ingle nook with oak bressumer are discernible.
The coach house, forming a cross-wing to left of cottage, has
oak-framed north end-gable, but is otherwise of brown brick; brown
tile roof. 2 rebated camber-arched coach-openings in left face.
