2 houses, now 2 shops. Early C18, altered mid and late C19 and C20. Rendered first floor with gabled and hipped pantile roof. Interior may contain timber framing. Single coped gable, 2 gable stacks. 2 storeys; 4x2 windows. Kirkgate front has 2 blanks and to right, 2 margin light sashes. Church street front has 2 glazing bar sashes. Below, splayed corner doorway with glazed door and overlight, flanked by 2 single pane shop windows, all with continuous corniced fascia To the right of thr Kirkgate front, an altered late C19 shopfront with door to left and single pane window to right, under plastic fascia.
