Coach house, now house. Late C18, converted late C20. Stucco
with limestone dressings, coursed Pennant rubble, and a slate
hipped roof. Single-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range.
Cornice band and parapet; left-of-centre semicircular-arched
doorway has key and imposts, plate-glass fanlight and C20
door; flat-headed door with overlight to the left. Central
semicircular-arched ground-floor window, and 3 square windows
with stone surrounds below the cornice; 3/3-pane right-hand
sash, C20 casements above, 3/3-pane sash to the right. Paired
right-hand segmental-arched carriage doors with strap hinges.
INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached rubble
and coursed stone walls to front area, and large coursed
rubble gate piers. Built as mews to No.25 (qv).
