GV II

2 houses raised above the road. Late C18/early C19. Painted
render over rubblestone, slate roof with brick stacks to gable
ends. Double-depth plan with rear additions. 2 storeys with
attic and basement; symmetrical 2-window range. Paired central
doorways have C19 or C20 lean-to porches under a blind window
flanked on both floors by 2-light casement windows. No.2 to
the left has a C20 dormer and windows. Lean-to to right.
INTERIORS: not inspected, but No.2 is said to have been
altered and No.3 to retain some original features including a
raised and fielded 6-panelled front door.
