Town house. Late C18. Coursed granite rubble with flat dressed
granite arches; steep slurried slate hipped roof with brick
end stacks and modillion eaves cornice. Double-depth plan
including rear wing. 2 storeys over basement (on right);
symmetrical 3-window front. Late C19 or C20 sashes to 1st
floor and older 2-pane hornless sashes to ground floor;
central pilastered open-pedimented doorway with blind round
arch and panelled reveals; 6-panel door with top 4 panels
glazed. INTERIOR not inspected.
