C18 but much altered, later converted to flats, now a museum. Rendered frontage with coping. Three storey, five windows, sashes with glazing bars, flush frames. Later square-headed door openings to centre of ground and first floors, full-width balcony with plain iron railings to first floor, access by flight of iron steps. This house was occupied by Norris a former Coalbrookdale Company Manager.
